Ultra B-complex
Dosage matters
In a B complex, for me it is important that the dose is high per tablet, and this preparation meets that requirement, and that together with the quality make it highly recommended.

Hydroxyl substitute
After taking hydroxyl for several months I switched to this supplement and everything is perfect but cheaper and more complete.

Ultra B-complex
Indispensable
B complex as important as magnesium for our biological functions, with no side effects. The body still needs vitamin B every day, and the surplus is easily eliminated in the urine (yellow color).

Good one!
Powerful B vitamin, I take it for those weekends when I go drinking, the hangover is minimal. In the gym I notice it less but sometimes I take it for strength training.

Good quality
Tight price for a B complex that many NIPs recommend. The dosage seems to be perfect. I will repeat.

Maltodextrin
Spectacular price seeing how many of the vitamins are incorporated in their most bioavailable forms. The annoyance is that it has maltodextrin which is an artificial sugar with a glycemic peak like no other just because it is used for many things in the food industry (I understand why, they do not do it to annoy) Couldn't they value other agloraments or onservatives than this one?
