Good
It is very complete. The B vitamins are essential for health, and also act as enzymatic cofactors to obtain energy from food.

I like it
I felt more energetic and it slightly improved my performance in the gym. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.
Senti mais energia e melhorou ligeiramente a minha performance no ginásio. Recomendo para quem não experimentou.

Do it.
It fulfills its purpose. It's effective and I'm going to keep buying it for the family. I recommend it to replenish what food doesn't give us.

Goes very well but a little bitter
The truth is that it goes very well, but the pills are uncomfortable to swallow. They are quite big, they are not coated and if it sticks to the back of your tongue they taste bitter. But as a product it is fantastic.

Good product and very good packaging.
I really like the new packaging. I continue to buy this product because it is really effective. I have noticed less fatigue and more vitality. In winter periods they make you more positive and take away a little bit of the downtime. The tablets are very easy to take. Neutral flavor.
He notado menos cansancio y más vitalidad. Sabor neutro.

It is complete
I am a vegetarian and supplement with b12 and folic, but they were out of stock and I bought the complex. I guess they have their function, but I will go back to mine as soon as they are in stock.
