You need to change to a capsule.
I recommend the HSN brand for so many of the products I use, but I started this one today and the only thing I hated was the tablet form, because the taste, smell and texture are awful. When you swallow it, even with water, it doesn't slide down. My suggestion, if possible, is to switch to capsules.
