Very good option for intense efforts.

After an intense soccer match or a bike ride that lasts more than two hours, I take it when I come back and it goes very well. Somewhat cloying (orange flavor), but like all these types of supplements.

Fruit punch, intense flavor, mix more water for a lower concentration. But overall quite good.

1st time I used it. Great quality product, top flavor, top texture. I'll keep buying. I suggest other flavors such as raspberry, blueberry or wild berries for variety.
