The size of the tablet is huge, about the size of a 1g paracetamol. If you have problems swallowing them I would not buy them (I have had to chew them). Regarding its effectiveness, as expected, in the style of other similar supplements.
El tamaño de la pastilla es enorme, del estilo de un paracetamol de 1gr. Si tenéis problemas para tragarlas yo no lo compraría (yo he tenido que masticarlas).
Respecto a su efectividad, la esperada, del estilo de otros suplementos similares.

A good option to ensure a correct supply of BCAA amino acids for people who frequently perform physical activity or with nutritional deficiencies. The only thing I think is that the format is not the most appropriate since the tablet is too large. Otherwise I would recommend it.
Una buena opción para asegurar un correcto aporte de aminoácidos BCAA para personas que realicen frecuentemente actividad física o con carencias nutricionales. Lo único que me parece que el formato no es el mas adecuado puesto que el comprimido resulta ser demasiado grande. Por lo demás si que lo recomendaría.
