I received this amino acid supplement and the truth is that I had already taken other brands in the past. But the truth is that this is very noticeable extra push that gives especially in muscular endurance and feel after not so exhausted. The only thing is that the pills are a little big, but if you find it hard to swallow I would chew them with a little water or juice and that's it.
He recibido este complemento de aminoácidos y la verdad que ya en el pasado había tomado otras marcas. Pero la verdad que está se nota mucho el empuje extra que da sobre todo en la resistencia muscular y sentirte después no tan agotado. Lo único que las pastillas son un poco grandes, pero si te cuesta tragar yo las masticaba un poco de agua o zumo y listo.
