To put some numbers to make my opinion clearer, before I started taking these BCAAs (they came as a gift in another purchase and I bought them again) I was able to do 30 to 50 push-ups in sets of 10 and about 30 squats in my workouts before I couldn't do any more. Since I have been taking EVOBCAA 4:1:1 (as a measure, half in the morning and half in the evening, 30 minutes minimum before training, not the dose they recommend) I have been able to increase over about 20 ~ 25 days (being consistent and accompanied by diet, EVOWHEY, bananas and magnesium) to being able to do 80-110 push-ups in sets of 15-20 push-ups (depends on how I feel that day and whether I put on a 5kg weighted vest) and about 100-200 squats a day (in sets of 50 if I put on the weighted vest or 100 if I don't). This progress was taking less than they recommend and only with Bodyweight or with a 5kg weighted vest, no gym and taking less than they recommend, sure that with the dose they recommend and a training with higher loads you can achieve better numbers and better goals. This product is obviously not a panacea, for it to work there has to be a lot of patience, effort and perseverance behind it. 100% a purchase that I will repeat in the future.
Por poner unos números para que quede más clara mi opinión, antes de empezar a tomar estos BCAA's (me vinieron de regalo en otra compra y los he vuelto a comprar) era capaz de hacer 30 a 50 flexiones en series de 10 y unas 30 sentadillas en mis entrenamientos antes de no poder seguir haciendo más. Desde que he tomado EVOBCAA 4:1:1 (como medida, media en la mañana y media en la tarde, 30 minutos mínimo antes de entrenar, no la dosis que recomiendan) he podido aumentar a lo largo de unos 20 ~ 25 días (siendo constante y acompañado de una dieta, EVOWHEY, plátanos y magnesio) a poder hacer entre 80 y 110 flexiones en series de entre 15 y 20 flexiones (depende de cómo me sienta ese día y de si me pongo un chaleco lastrado de 5kg) y unas 100 a 200 sentadillas al día (en series de 50 si me pongo el chaleco lastrado o 100 si no me lo pongo).
Este progreso fue tomando menos de lo que recomiendan y sólo con Bodyweight o con un chaleco lastrado de 5kg, nada de gimnasio y tomando menos cantidad de la que recomiendan, seguro que con la dosis que recomiendan y un entrenamiento con mayores cargas se pueden lograr mejores números y mejores objetivos. Este producto evidentemente no es la panacea, para que funcione tiene que haber mucha paciencia, esfuerzo y constancia detrás.
100% una compra que repetiré en un futuro.
