Virtually tasteless, BCAAs and B vitamins help muscle recovery and also help prevent muscle loss during training. I take them just before training. Yes, the size is a little big, but they break in half perfectly, so no problem.

Prácticamente sin sabor, BCAA y las vitaminas del grupo B ayudan a recuperación muscular y también a no perder músculos durante el entreno. Las tomo justo antes de ir a entrenar. Eso sí, el tamaño es un poco grande, pero se parten por la mitad perfectamente, así que no hay problema.

For those who want amino acids with vitamins, this is the product for you.

If you want a good amino acid to control muscle catabolism, I would say go for the BCAA 12:1:1, but if you are a beginner this product is fine in the meantime the B12 will also help with strength.
