The pills are a little too big, you can split them in 2 if you want. I am taking one with breakfast, lunch and dinner. So far so good. I have the impression that I go to the bathroom more since I've been taking them, I don't know if it's because it's getting warmer and I drink more or because of the effect of the pills.
Las pastillas son un poco grandes de más, se pueden partir en 2 si se quiere. Estoy tomando una con el desayuno comida y cena. De momento bien. Me da la impresión de que voy más al baño desde que las tomo, no se si es porque está llegando el calor y bebo más o efecto de las pastillas.

This product accelerates the heart, I had trouble sleeping the first few nights but then I got used to it, I think that in the end all bcaa have that effect.
