I ordered this format because it is easier for me to take it since it has no flavor because in the powdered format it was very difficult for me to take it because of the flavor (lemon), not that it was bad, just that in the tablet format it is easier for me.

As they are in capsules I always carry them in my backpack and when I drink my shake I swallow a couple of them. They are a little big and hard to swallow. It is a basic in your workouts.
