Ultimate multi for men's Care
Efficient for travel
I usually take my vitamins 1 by 1 but when I travel this complex is rather well dosed and with good form, effective to bring a single pot of vitamin.

Vitamins.
A top product for men. in my case it gives me more than enough of what i need. together with omega 3, it is a daily essential. the best thing, it has a brutal dose of vitamin D.

Ultimate multi for men's Care
Great multivitamin
The multivitamin is very good for the composition of vitamins and also some minerals. The only thing is that it does not come in capsule format and it has an unpleasant smell.

Ultimate multi for men's Care
Very useful
On a daily basis or a few times a week, it's always a good idea to provide your body with what it needs. However, some vitamins should not be taken in excess, which is why I prefer to use them on days when you don't have enough nutritious meals or when you're having an intense catabolism that draws on your reserves.

Of the best
Very complete and highly recommended for those days when you have not eaten fruits or vegetables and you see that the supply of vitamins has been insufficient.

Ultimate multi for men's Care
Improvable
I personally did not like them. The smell is unpleasant, even with the bottle closed you can notice it. The urine comes out more yellow. And I feel that it repeats a little, something that does not happen to me with other supplements.
