Vitamins with good quantity and great price
Good amount for each vitamin incorporated and obviously not miraculous on its own unless you have obvious vitamin deficiencies, but they clearly help you face the day if you do sports frequently. I take them in the morning with a meal and combine them with caffeine before training and they clearly help. The pills are bigger than evovits and have an odor but I take them and I don't notice any taste.
Buena cantidad por cada vitamina incorporada y obviamente no es milagroso por si solo a no ser que tengas carencias evidentes de alguna vitamina, pero claramente te ayudan a afrontar el dia si haces deporte frecuentemente. Las tomo por la mañana con alguna comida y las combino con cafeína antes del entreno y claramente ayudan. Las pastillas son más grandes que las evovits y tienen olor pero yo las tomo y no noto sabor.

As an extra help for periods when we can not eat just vegetables or fruits, it is fine. It fulfills its function. I have noticed that when I urinate it comes out more yellow than I am used to, but nothing strange. I also agree with some other customers that the dose is quite large, but it can be swallowed well and you can even split it and take it in two doses.
