In general it is a product that is fine although I do not like the amount chosen for some vitamins, which I see as quite excessive, in the water-soluble ones in general in healthy people who drink enough water should not be a problem, although I see it as an excessive mistreatment of the kidney, but in the fat-soluble ones I see it as dangerous for people who take this supplement daily for prolonged periods without medical supervision and especially taking it together with other supplements where vitamins are often introduced.
En general es un producto que está bien aunque no me gusta la cantidad elegida de algunas vitaminas, que la veo bastante excesiva, en las hidrosolubles en general en personas sanas y que beban bastante agua no debería dar problema, aunque lo veo un maltrato excesivo al riñón, pero en las liposolubles lo veo hasta peligroso para la gente que tome a diario durante períodos prolongados este suplemento sin supervisión médica y sobre todo tomándolo junto con otros suplementos donde no pocas veces se introducen vitaminas.

The multivitamin is something I take regardless of whether or not I do physical activity (certainly this one in particular has high dosages more suitable for athletes). The tablet is a bit large, but I'm going against the grain by saying that I prefer it (rather than having to take 2 tablets). It has no taste, I take it in the morning after breakfast

Lamentablemente, dada la buena concentración de compuestos que tiene el multivitamínico, el tamaño de las tabletas es el más pequeño posible para comprimir todos los micronutrientes que aporta. Además es cómodo ya que con 1 sola tableta ya tienes la dosis diaria.
El envase no suele tener problemas de cierre, simplemente tienes que retirar el sello de seguridad y retirar la tapa de sellado térmico, el tapón se abre y se cierra protegiendo el contenido de forma óptima.
