Very good for a vegan Omega 3

It is a pity that it does not reach 60% of Omega 3 so that they can put the IFOS seal on it. It only has one type of Omega 3 (DHA), but it is not bad for a vegan. Definitely recommended if you want to avoid consuming fish at all costs.

Es una pena que no llegue al 60% de Omega 3 para que puedan ponerle el sello IFOS. Sólo tiene un tipo de Omega 3 (DHA), pero no está nada mal para ser vegano. Sin duda recomendado si se quiere evitar consumir pescado a toda costa.

Es la primera vez que compro omega 3 por recomendación de mi doctora y confie en comprarlo aquí porque ya he pedido otras cosas y me han ido bien. Me gusta mucho que sea vegano ya que llevo una dieta vegetariana, la verdad que no sabe a nada y pese a ser una pastilla grandecita es bastante fácil de tomar y no deja ningún sabor ni residuo raro, la verdad que esta muy bien todo lo que contiene.
