Glucomannan powder
I have been taking it for 5 days
I have been taking it for 5 days and these are my conclusions: Neutral flavor, it thickens very quickly and there are even some lumps left because of how fast it thickens, take 3 glasses of water with each dose and I take it 45 minutes before a meal to make me more satiated.

Glucomannan powder
Good product
It's amazing how much viscosity a little bit of product produces in the water. I take it as if it were gelatin and then drink a couple more glasses of water. For me personally it does not work very well, but because I may have a bigger stomach and I would have to take more doses, but I do feel fuller. It has a neutral taste, and caution should be taken for people who have narrow passages. If you want to invent and get bored with the taste, you can make a combination of jelly type juice or oat or almond milk and so the taste is different. Recommended for those who feel hungry from their stomach and not like me that gives me more appetite (anxiety).
