Probably one of the few pre-workout supplements that can also be used as an intra-workout supplement. The formula is excellent in terms of ingredient selection, dosage, and blackcurrant flavor. If I had to find one downside, it would be the price. Nothing outrageous, though.

I ordered the apple flavor, it tastes quite pleasant. Due to the high L-citrulline content, you can also feel the improved blood circulation during training. It's not the best pre-workout booster I've taken, but it definitely does the job.
