I bought the strawberry flavor. I didn't like it very much, but the results were effective. Even with a smaller dose than indicated, I felt more energetic and didn't crash after the effect wore off.

Very good, I always take half the dose when I want stimulation and that's enough for me. The mojito flavor is not bad but it's weak, I prefer the pear flavor with fresh water... Product that I always have in the pantry just in case.

Very effective
Quite potent, you can really feel the shute that it gives you. In a few minutes you notice the effect of beta-alanine with itching, burning and tingling. For me personally, this sensation lasted about 1 hour. I noticed much more energy, strength and endurance in training. I only take it during lower body workouts, which are the ones that are hard enough for me.
Bastante potente, se nota mucho el 'shute' que te da. En pocos minutos notas el efecto de la beta-alanina con picazón, ardor y hormigueo. A mi personalmente me duro 1 hora aprox. esta sensación. Noté mucha más energía, fuerza y resistencia en el entrenamiento. Sólo lo tomo en los entrenamientos de tren inferior que son los que se me hacen bastante duros.
