Ideal for nails

Since I've been taking them my hair is much longer and falls out less. I also notice my skin is much better, I hardly get acne and my nails grow faster, although it is true that I still have weak nails. I can't miss it.

I expected better, the effect is not as noticeable as expected! It ends up being an extra boost of some vitamins, but for the purpose it falls short! At least in my case, it might work better for someone else.
