For me it works very well, and it tastes good (blackcurrant). I take it half an hour before training in the morning with my coffee and breakfast, and I only take 10g as this is enough for me. It gives me that extra energy I need. Good product, I changed Evostamine for this trainer, as this one does not contain creatine (I can't take it) and I am very happy.
Para mí funciona muy bien, y tiene buen sabor (grosella negra). Lo tomo media hora antes de entrenar por la mañana junto con el café y el desayuno, y sólo tomo 10g ya que para mí es suficiente con esta medida. Me da ese plus de energía que necesito. Buen producto, yo cambié Evostamina por este entreno, ya que éste no contiene creatina (no la puedo tomar) y estoy muy contento.

The powder dissolves extremely well (you do not even have to stir). The fruit punch flavor is ok, but not really tasty. From the pump booster effect I am somewhat disappointed (but never take boosters).
