I've been taking this casein for years and I never get tired of it, all the flavors are very good. For me the best is the custard and chocolate bonbon. I take it for breakfast along with oatmeal and it suits me very well. I am very sensitive to my stomach and this one doesn't give me any problems and keeps me satiated all morning.
