For my taste it has too much aftertaste of collagen, I have tried it alone, I imagine that adding it to a vegetable puree or something like that will disguise the taste.

The idea is good but once cooked it is too bland and has nothing to do with a grandmother's soup. It would improve if you add onion, carrot, leek and celery sticks.
