I think it is very good. I say "I think" because I have been using it for a short time. I use it in intra-workout, I put 20gr, along with 10gr BCAAs 4:1:1, 10gr of glutamine and 1gr of salt. I notice that I train more fluid, finishing the series better. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not. The zip of the bag does not close as it should, it remains a little open, as in almost all products.
Creo que muy bueno. Digo creo porque lo uso hace poco. Lo uso en el intra-entreno, pongo 20gr, junto con 10gr BCAAs 4:1:1, 10gr de glutamina y 1gr de sal.
