focus and clean energy!

HSN's ALCAR powder (Acetyl L-Carnitine) is perfect for improving concentration and that mental boost without stimulants. I use it on an empty stomach or before training and I notice that extra clarity and activation. It dissolves well, with no strong taste. A bit acidic but not as much as ascorbic acid or citrulline malate (which I also like), it's a must in my nootropic stock!

El ALCAR en polvo (Acetil L-Carnitina) de HSN es perfecto para mejorar la concentración y ese empujón mental sin estimulantes. Lo uso en ayunas o antes de entrenar y se nota ese plus de claridad y activación. Se disuelve bien, sin sabor fuerte. Un poco ácido pero no tanto como el ácido ascórbico o la citrulina malato (que también me gustan), mola mucho. ¡Un must en mi stock nootrópico!

Good value for money

Good supplement. It dissolves well but the taste is very bitter. You have to take it for a while to see the effects.

Good supplement. Used to study and noticed some improvement in concentration and attention. You have to take it for a while to notice the effect. As I say it is not a miracle but there is a little help.

I have noticed it when training, I always sweat more when I take it. It is true that it tastes bitter, like lemon. I add it to water with tea flavoring and it works well. It is very effective. It doesn't change your life but it has its point.

Lo he notado a la hora de entrenar, siempre sudo más cuando lo tomo. Es verdad que sabe amargo, como a limón. Yo lo añado al agua con saborizante de té y le va bien. Cunde mucho. No te cambia la vida pero tiene su punto.
