Of all the brands I have tried, this is the best. I noticed the effect from the first days of taking it, perhaps because it is supplemented with D-Ribose which for me is very important. I recommend that to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort or possible nausea as was my case, at the beginning take half a capsule on an empty stomach in the morning with a large glass of water during the first weeks.

Recomiendo que para evitar molestias gastro intestinales o posibles nauseas como fue mi caso, al principio se ingiera media cápsula en ayunas por las mañanas con un gran vaso de agua durante las primeras semanas.
