Expensive but good.

Of all the brands I have tried, this is the best. I noticed the effect from the first days of taking it, perhaps because it is supplemented with D-Ribose which for me is very important. I recommend that to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort or possible nausea as was my case, at the beginning take half a capsule on an empty stomach in the morning with a large glass of water during the first weeks.

De todas las marcas que he probado, esta es la mejor. Noté el efecto desde los primeros días de tomarlo, quizas porque está suplementado con D-Ribosa que para mí es muy importante. Recomiendo que para evitar molestias gastro intestinales o posibles nauseas como fue mi caso, al principio se ingiera media cápsula en ayunas por las mañanas con un gran vaso de agua durante las primeras semanas.
