A good product
It is a good product because it has flavor although for my taste it would be better without sweeteners because it gives me a chemical taste in the intake.

Intense flavor without lumps.
Dissolves quickly, leaves no residue. Good taste, intense or strong orange flavor, somewhat artificial like all, but does not taste like medication as the vast majority. I don't know how effective it is, but it is the best I have tried.
Se disuelve rápido, no deja restos. Buen sabor, intenso o fuerte a naranja, algo artificial como todos, pero no sabe a medicación como la gran mayoría. En cuanto a efectivo aún no lo sé, pero es el mejor que he probado.

I have never urinated amino acids with this 12:1:1 ratio. Not enough time has passed to be able to evaluate the results but in principle with such a ratio the protein should be absorbed better.

It is a good product. The flavor is a bit overdone in my opinion. I chose the cola one, but it's not bad at all. It is effective. At a minimum it is good.

Good value for money
Personally I prefer the 2: 1 :1 ratio but there was no glutamine and I tried this one. The taste is good and the price is very competitive but for absorption issues in a vegan diet I will continue to use some other 2 :1 :1 option.
Personalmente prefiero los ratio 2: 1 :1 pero no lo había con glutamina y probé este. El sabor es bueno y el precio muy competitivo pero por temas de absorción en una dieta vegana seguiré usando alguna otra opción 2 :1 :1
