After 2 weeks of taking the effects are felt, recovery without cramps and excessive muscle fatigue. The only problem is the size of the capsules and sometimes if you have gastric reflux the tablet comes easily in your mouth as it takes a while to dissolve.

I have been taking it for about 3 months (3 capsules before going to sleep) and honestly, I notice it. I combine it with the Magnesium and Ashwagandha so that I get the full magnesium intake.
