Easy to take as it is in capsules, tasteless, digested quite well, no problem in the stomach, I take it at night with glycine as I notice a plus in sleep, more restful sleep.

A basic in the definition season
For me it is a basic in definition season, I take 3 capsules before going to sleep and I always combine it with L-arginine plus L-arnitine (in capsules). I also include tribulus. For before summer and during summer those 3 products are not missing.
