Good support for intense training

Helps reduce fatigue and improves muscle recovery, especially in long sessions. The taste is acceptable and dissolves well. It does not work miracles, but it is noticeable if you are consistent and train intensely.

Prefer map (eeaa)

Although I prefer the so-called map or eeaa, all essential amino acids I decided to try with just the branched ones. And very good value for money since with this packaging which I don't like I find it perfect to save money.

Aunque prefiero los llamados map o eeaa, todos los aminoácidos esenciales he decidido probar con solo los ramificados. Y muy bien calidad precio ya que con este envase el cual no me gusta me parece perfecto para ahorrar.

The taste is very bitter, typical of BCAAs, but they help you and give you that plus, both pre, intra, and post workout.

It will go well but it tastes like lightning alone!

It should work but if you take it without anything else to flavor it, it is horrible. If you put it together with a shake of something you can't tell.

Debe de funcionar pero si la tomas sin nada más que le de sabor, es horrible. Si la juntas con un batido de algo no se nota.
