Perfect in preworkout

Great in combination with caffeine, theanine, and tyrosine, it keeps you focused and helps dampen the side effects of caffeine. I don't know why, but unlike the other packaging the taurine one hasn't broken down for me so far, but it still remains uncomfortable for me personally.

Ottima in abbinamento a caffeina, teanina e tirosina, mantiene concentrati e aiuta a smorzare gli effetti collaterali della caffeina. Non so perché, ma a differenza degli altri packaging quello della taurina non mi si è rotto per il momento, ma rimane comunque scomodo a me personalmente.

Result not too appreciable

I am not sure I recognize its effects despite having tried it several times, other than a slight dampening of the caffeine, but for this I consider theanine better.

Very good as a pre-workout
