For skin allergies this oil taken is excellent.

There is no taste, it is excellent for all types of skin allergies, I have been taking it for years and when I have stopped taking it for more than two months I have noticed it, so for me it is just another food.

No hay sabor, es excelente para todo tipo de alergias en la piel hace años que lo tomo y cuando he dejado de tomar por mas de dos meses lo he notado, por eso para mní es un alimento más.

Menstrual cramps

I've been taking it for a relatively short time. This month I started taking evening primrose oil and after 16 days I menstruated and although the pains are there, they are completely bearable compared to what I was used to. Let's see if, as the treatment continues, the improvements can be even more significant. For now I RECOMMEND IT.

Estou a tomar há relativamente pouco tempo. Tinha dores horriveis práticamente em todas as menstruações, este mês comecei a tomar oleo de onagra e passados 16 dias menstuei e as dores embora se façam sentir, são completamente suportaveis face ao que estava habituada. Vamos ver se com a continuação do tratamento as melhorias ainda possam ser mais significativas. Por agora RECOMENDO.
