Dietary supplements should be taken in moderation because they really work and it is not good to exceed the established levels. We already know that the good (if too much, bad too). I overdid it in my blood test. The upper limit was 17.5 and I exceeded it at 18.3 so I stopped taking them. If it goes down again, I will take it again.
Hay que tomar los suplementos alimenticios con moderación porque realmente funcionan y no es bueno pasarse de los niveles establecidos. Ya sabemos que lo bueno (si mucho, malo también).
