I really like bisglycinate because it doesn't cause discomfort, but I'd like it to come with some vitamin C and be in tablets rather than capsules to divide it up if you don't want to take too much.

I only take one capsule because for me it is enough even though they recommend two to do absolutely no harm to the stomach and it is absorbed very well better on an empty stomach and with vitamin C.

Although my iron levels seem to be fine in my blood tests, I decided to try this supplement to see if it would help with my hair loss. So far I have not noticed any changes, but I can say that it digests well and has not caused me any stomach upset.
