I don't drink caffeine in any other form. Even if I sleep my hours, it's hard to get going in the morning. A caffeine capsule with water and after a few minutes the mind is fresh and the body is ready to start the day. By the time evening comes, the effect has worn off and I have no trouble falling asleep.

No tomo cafeína de ninguna otra forma. Aunque duerma mis horas, por la mañana cuesta arrancar. Una cápsula de cafeína con agua y al cabo de unos minutos la mente está fresca y el cuerpo está listo para empezar el día. Cuando llega la noche, el efecto ya se ha pasado y no tengo problemas para conciliar el sueño.

Caffeine at a very good price, with pills easily divided into 2 halves by hand and quite fast release. After 30-45 minutes you can already notice its effect that lasts about 5-6 hours. I use them to study and train sporadically and I am very happy with their performance.
