Undoubtedly very stimulating
If you are sensitive to caffeine as I am, I don't recommend taking more than half a pill. I use it as a pre-workout and of course on days when you're very tired you can really notice the difference. But I don't recommend going overboard if you don't have a high tolerance to caffeine.
Si eres una persona sensible a la cafeína como es mi caso, no recomiendo tomar más de media pastilla. Yo lo uso como preentreno y desde luego los días que estás muy cansado se nota mucho la diferencia. Pero no recomiendo pasarse si no tienes mucha tolerancia a la cafeína.
