Very good

I have been using HSN's chitosan for a few weeks now and it is working well to support my diet. I take it before heavier meals and notice less bloating. The capsules are easy to take and have not given me any side effects.

I can't say if it has an effect or not. I take it when I'm on a diet and I'm going to take some extra food in excess. If you take it 1h before or so it takes away a lot of hunger and you freckle less.

No puedo opinar si tiene efecto o no. Lo tomo cuando estoy a dieta y voy a tomar alguna comida extra en exceso. Si lo tomas 1h antes o así te quita bastante el hambre y pecas menos.
