I bought it some time ago although I have not been consistent enough to notice changes. But it is convenient in its intake as it is only one capsule a day and with meals without having to wait for fasting.

Lo compré hace un tiempo aunque no he sido constante como para notar cambios. Pero es cómodo en su ingesta ya que es sólo una cápsula al día y con las comidas sin tener que esperar al ayuno.
