I usually use creatine powder, but when I have to travel or be away from home for any reason I use this option because it is more practical. The capsules are significantly large, but still easy to swallow.

Suelo utilizar la creatina el polvo, pero cuando me toca viajar o estar fuera de casa por cualquier motivo utilizo esta opción porque es más práctica. Las cápsulas son significativamente grandes, pero aún así se tragan con facilidad.

Capsules too large.

I prefer the powder version

The tablets are slightly too large for my taste and therefore I prefer the powder version.

Convenient for travel
