Good and convenient option

I take the capsules especially for the spring-summer season to avoid dehydration when I do long term exercise and sweat a lot. It has worked wonders for me.

Perfect

Very effective. We have noticed their effect practically from the first day. A little cumbersome to have to take 2 capsules every eight hours.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

Basic and daily supplement

I consume salts regularly not only in my training, but also as a complement to the daily liquids I drink due to the low quality of the water we drink. The muscle cramps have practically disappeared.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

Recommended

For high intensity sports or loss of a lot of salts when sweating, it is highly recommended. The capsules are a bit big and sometimes they get stuck in my throat.
