Evolytes (electrolyte salts)
adequate
Just a heads up that these contain potassium, it's not bad, but you have to keep it in mind; apart from that, they do their job.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)
Comfortable
Having the chance to take electrolytes in a capsule makes it easier. Just with water and with that pill before training you get optimal performance and effective absorption.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)
Very practical for long workouts
I use them mainly during long workouts or on very hot days, and I find them very convenient for replenishing electrolytes. They're easy to take and help me stay well-hydrated during exercise. I think it's a useful product for those of us who work out frequently and sweat a lot.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)
Highly recommended
I highly recommend it. You take several pills a day, but you can space them out however best fits your routine. Personally, I've noticed the effects and will buy it again.
