As good as those of other famous brands, but at half the price.
They have an electrolyte composition almost identical to the brand I was consuming before, which costs twice as much. That says it all. The capsule format is ideal for me, as I use it for long summer mountain bike rides. If we go with water alone I guarantee muscle cramps or more serious things due to the loss of electrolytes, and the liquid alternatives don't convince me because they either taste terrible or have sweeteners (or sugar, directly) and leave the mouth disgusting. The capsules allow me a much more precise dosage during the ride and they work great. So far I've only tried them on cardio sessions with high dehydration, indoors, and they've worked the SAME as the ones I used before, zero cramping. I would like a caffeinated version, which is a very good combination for the bike.
Tienen una composición de electrolitos casi idéntica a la marca que consumía antes, que cuesta el doble. Con eso lo digo todo.
El formato de cápsulas para mí es ideal, ya que lo uso para rutas largas de verano en la bici de montaña. Si vamos sólo con agua garantizo calambres musculares o cosas más serias por la pérdida de electrolitos, y las alternativas líquidas a mí no me convencen porque o bien saben fatal o bien llevan edulcorantes (o azúcar, directamente) y dejan la boca asquerosa. Las cápsulas me permiten una dosificación mucho más precisa durante la ruta y van genial.
De momento sólo he probado en sesiones de cardio con alta deshidratación, en interior, y me han funcionado IGUAL que las que usaba antes, cero calambres.
Me gustaría una versión con cafeína, que es una combinación muy buena para la bici.
