I like any selenium as long as it's L-selenomethionine, as it's more bioavailable. I bought this one because the HSN one was out of stock at the time. I prefer the HSN one as it's much cheaper.

Comprei este porque o da HSN estava esgotado na altura.

I've been using the product for a few weeks now, on medical advice (to prevent hypothyroidism; I'm in the pre-disease phase and there is scientific evidence of selenium consumption as a retardant); I haven't done any tests yet to confirm its effectiveness, but I've felt good taking this supplement and I believe it will do me good in the long term. I recommend the store and the product.
