Excellent option to the egg, but I recommend that HSN have more recipes or better guidance on how to use it so we can get more out of it.

Whole egg powder

I mixed a ladle with two whole eggs and fried it in the pan. It was quite similar to an omelette with eggs only. Very good taste!

He mezclado un cacito con dos huevos enteros y a la sartén. Ha quedado bastante similar a una tortilla solo con huevos. Sabor muy logrado!

It doesn't taste as good as a fresh egg, but I used to mix it with fresh eggs and it was fine.

Good to complete with another protein

The taste and smell is marked, for me it is not unpleasant, but it is strong. I alternate it with pea protein to take a little fat and when doing intense and long sports I do very well. Good price as always from HSN.

El sabor y olor es marcado, para mí no es desagradable, pero es fuerte. Yo la alterno con la proteína de guisantes para tomar un poco de grasa y al hacer deportes intensos y largos me va muy bien . Buen precio como siempre por parte HSN.

A good fit

At first I didn't know what to think of the product because of its format but then it turned out to be a very useful lifesaver. I used it to make tortillas or in recipes and it does the job.

Ultra-practical egg powder.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered this product, too bad the large size isn't available. Very useful in cooking: omelette, frittata, sauce and in baking, without the need to run to the supermarket for fresh eggs.

C'est la 2ème fois que je commande ce produit, dommage que le grand format n'est pas disponible. Très utile en cuisine : omelette, Frittata, sauce et en pâtisserie, sans besoin de courir au supermarché pour les œufs frais.

Difficult

A product that is hard to get the hang of, I use it in the keto diet to make sweets, replacing some flour and the normal egg. Without further ado, I don't think I will repeat it.

I love this product which is perfect for a home-made gainer because it brings all the essentials of a mass gain (except carbohydrates), without having to bear the unpleasant texture of raw eggs.
