Excellent

Very fine powder, tasteless, mixes perfectly with water or juices. It helps a lot with mental clarity and sleep quality. The bulk presentation yields a lot and is more economical than capsules.

Polvo muy fino, sin sabor, se mezcla perfecto con agua o zumos. Ayuda bastante con la claridad mental y la calidad del sueño. La presentación a granel rinde mucho y es más económica que cápsulas.

ONE MONTH TESTING

After a month of use, I'm happy because I think I'm getting fewer pimples, although more time has to pass to confirm that it really works or if it's just a coincidence. very pleasant to take, practically tasteless. the only downside, remembering to take it 3 times a day.

I have been taking this product for years

I have been taking this inositol for years, it was recommended to me for PCOS and it works great. It regulates my period a lot. It doesn't relieve me of the pain of the symptoms but it does work to regulate it, and that's enough for me. It's great. It has no taste and I take it every morning with my coffee, juice, cocoa or whatever I have for breakfast.

Llevo años tomando éste inositol, me lo recomendaron para el SOP y me va genial. Me regula mucha la regla. No me alivia con el dolor de los síntomas pero si me funciona para regularlo, y con eso me vale. Es genial. No tiene sabor y lo tomo todas las mañanas con mi café, zumo, colacao o lo que desayune.

Effective product, good quality

Half a year using it, I confirm that it is of high quality and effective for PCOS and acne. I started using this product after my dermatologist's recommendation. Others did not work for my acne but this product did (I was able to stop birth control and my acne has not returned). PCOS issue, I no longer have spoting.

Medio año utilizándolo, confirmo que es de alta calidad y efectivo para SOP y acné. Empecé a utilizar este producto tras la recomendación de mi dermatóloga. Otros no me funcionaron para el acné pero este producto si (pude dejar los anticonceptivos y mi acné no ha vuelto a aparecer). Tema SOP, ya no tengo spoting.

The product is good value for money, but the packaging was a little lacking in terms of the closure, it's a bit locked and sometimes ends up being open, I ended up putting it in another jar for better packaging.

O produto tem um bom custo benefício, a embalagem ficou um pouco a desejar em relação ao fecho, é um pouco travado e por vezes acaba ficando aberto, acabei colocando em um outro pote para melhor acondicionamento.

I recommended it to my nutritionist and I have been taking it for quite some time, it is doing me good, the only bad thing is the closure that sometimes remains open but it is passed to a bottle and solved.

Me lo recomendo mi nutricionista y llevo bastante tiempo tomándolo, me está haciendo bien, lo único malo es el cierre que a veces se queda abierto pero se pasa a un frasco y solucionado.

My girlfriend had a lot of pimples, and the dermatologist sent her inositol, she has less pimples and they don't get so big, it has worked. The problem is that it gives her a lot of gas.

Mi novia tenia muchas espinillas, y el dermatólogo le mando inositol, tiene menos espinillas y no le salen tan grandes, le ha funcionado. El problema que le da bastantes gases.
