Helps me sleep better
I take L-Tryptophan to help me fall asleep and it works very well. Although I usually buy it in capsules, I wanted to try this one, in powder form, but I found it unpleasant to taste, so I encapsulated it with HSN's gelatin capsules. I use a precision scale to weigh the amount of product I can put in a capsule and I regulate my dosage accordingly.
Tomo L-Triptofano para ayudarme a conciliar el sueño y me va muy bien. Aunque normalmente lo compro en cápsulas, quise probar éste, en polvo, pero me resultó desagradable de sabor, así que lo encapsulé con las cápsulas de gelatina de HSN. Con una báscula de precisión peso la cantidad de producto que puedo meter en una cápsula y en función de esto me regulo la dosificación.

The best sleep supplement
I have been using it for 2 months with my wife and it is the best thing so far to help you sleep, it is very effective as soon as you take it, it makes you sleepy. It is very good. The taste is a little strong but it's worth it.

I am satisfied.
The product is fine, I don't see any drawbacks except that it clumps a little and it is not easy to set the dosage accurately. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and without any problems, it feels good. I can't say how effective it is, but it's not bad.
El producto está bien, no le veo pegas salvo que se apelmaza un poco y no es fácil poner la dosis con precisión. Ya lo llevo usando un par de semanas y sin problemas, sienta bien. En cuanto a efectividad no sabría decirlo, pero mal no hace.
