Disguise flavor with dairy products
It works, after a month and a half, with about three grams a day if you are down, also physical, if you have mental overexertion of several months in which one ends up not wanting anything. As the taste of vegetables that has, not always appetizing, it is good to eat it in pancakes or waffles of oatmeal and egg, and some dairy as cheese or cream. In milkshakes with milk it resembles the typical vegetable milkshakes.
Funciona, tras mes y medio, con unos tres gramos al día si estás de bajón, también físico, si tienes sobreesfuerzo mental de varios meses en los que uno acaba sin ganas de nada. Como el sabor a verduras que tiene, no siempre apetece, viene bien comerla en tortitas o gofres de harina de avena y huevo, y algún lácteo como queso o nata. En batidos con leche se parece a los típicos de verduras.

I did not know this product. I discovered it on the HSN store website for the first time. I searched for information about moringa and found that it had multiple health benefits.
