It is a very good option to introduce a super complete vegetable to the diet in the form of a smoothie, I really don't like its flavor but at the end of the day what I want are its properties, which is what matters, plus you can mix it with something that gives it flavor.

Perfect powder, dissolves well, with a small amount you get a good supply of nutrients. Of course, it obviously has a super cabbage flavor, astringent and with a bitter point. If you do not like the natural taste of kale, do not think that the powder will be very different. In this case, I would recommend other phytonutrient powders such as spinach (which I also tested here and has a more discreet taste) or chlorella.
Polvo perfecto, disuelve bien, con poca cantidad se tiene buen aporte de nutrientes. Eso, sí, tiene obviamente un super sabor a col, astringente y con un punto amargo. Si no te gusta el sabor natural del kale, no pienses que el polvo será muy diferente. En este caso, recomendaría otros fitonutrientes en polvo como espinaca (que también ya probé aquí y tiene un sabor más discreto) o chlorella.
