Good option for protein intake

It's the first time I try these powdered egg whites as I always use the canned egg whites but this one has the advantage that it lasts much longer and you can prepare super fast dishes loaded with a lot of protein. I use it mixed with cream of rice in whole milk after workouts and it works great, in 2 minutes a meal loaded with carbohydrates and protein.

Es la primera vez que pruebo estas claras en polvo ya que siempre uso las claras de bote pero esta tiene la ventaja que dura mucho más y puedes preparar platos super rapido cargados de una gran cantidad de proteinas. Yo lo uso mezclado con crema de arroz en leche entera tras los entrenamientos y me va genial, en 2 minutos una comida cargada de carbohidratos y proteinas.

Neutral taste facilitates variety of use

Good product, bad taste

It is justified because, based on the protein it provides, it costs half as much as real eggs. The problem is that taking it as a shake means being left with the taste in your mouth for hours. I will try to use the product for cooking but the idea is to save time by consuming so much protein, not having to do something specific to make it more tolerable to consume.

Se justifica porque en función de las proteínas que aporta, cuesta la mitad que huevos reales. El problema es que tomarlo como batido implica quedarse con el sabor de boca durante horas. Intentaré utilizar el producto para cocinar pero la idea es ganar tiempo al consumir tantas proteínas, no tener que hacer algo específico para que sea más tolerable su consumo.

Excellent

Very economical, dissolves wonderfully. Due to its long shelf life, it is more suitable for me than liquid egg white. Will be reordering.

Sehr ergiebig und löst sich wunderbar auf. Aufgrund der langen Haltbarkeit für mich deutlich besser geeignet als flüssiges Eiweiß. Wird auf jeden Fall nachbestellt!

La uso para hacer tortillas o añadir a los batidos, se disuelve muy bien y no le cambia el sabor a nada. Ya he repetido.

Fulfills its function

Good option if other proteins are bad for you. It can be used as any other protein powder or mixed with water to substitute for egg whites.

Savings and conservation

I often use it in my preparation of French omelet and also in the preparation of oatmeal pancakes. In both cases the preparation is fast and its conservation is high unlike traditional egg whites.

Good protein intake

It is not an economical product but for my taste it is a thousand times better than fresh egg whites. You don't have to worry about it going rancid. It can be used for all kinds of meals, it is therefore versatile and does not add flavor but texture, volume and protein value to meals. I use it in omelets and cakes.

No es un producto económico pero para mi gusto es mil veces mejor a las claras de huevo frescas. No tienes que preocuparte de su consumo o que se ponga rancio. Sirve para todo tipo de comidas, es por tanto versátil y no aporta sabor pero si textura, volumen y valor proteico a las comidas. Lo uso en tortillas y en bizcochos.
