Good option for protein intake
It's the first time I try these powdered egg whites as I always use the canned egg whites but this one has the advantage that it lasts much longer and you can prepare super fast dishes loaded with a lot of protein. I use it mixed with cream of rice in whole milk after workouts and it works great, in 2 minutes a meal loaded with carbohydrates and protein.

Good product, bad taste
It is justified because, based on the protein it provides, it costs half as much as real eggs. The problem is that taking it as a shake means being left with the taste in your mouth for hours. I will try to use the product for cooking but the idea is to save time by consuming so much protein, not having to do something specific to make it more tolerable to consume.
