A worthwhile addition to my routine

The overall experience has been very positive. Despite the container being too big for its content, I appreciate the thoughtful design of the tablets (being able to split the dose and take it twice a day has been very convenient) and how this supplement has noticeably improved my digestion - especially after heavier or more complex meals.

The truth is that the price is very very good for a mixture of oaks so good, it is the one used by the proteins and the truth is that they go very well.

I don't notice much, but it does help.

Since I have increased my protein dosage my digestion is worse, I get bloated and have a lot of gas. I have tried taking digezyme before the main meal if I know I am going to overdo it with protein and it helps, I don't bloat so much, although it is not miraculous it helps.

Fairly well

I take it when I have a heavy digestion and it is much better after a while. It does not taste bad and is easy to swallow with water, so I recommend it for those who sometimes have heavy digestions.

Effective and good digestion

Good digestive enzymes. In my case I take it along with the whey shake and it goes great. You will notice it from the first intake and not only in a much better digestion of the whey, also in the subsequent meal. Highly recommended.

Not bad

I bought it for my partner who has heavy digestions and although he noticed some improvement, he didn't notice enough to ask me to buy another one when he ran out. But then again, everyone is different, on paper, the formulation is impressive.
