I bought it for pre-workout, the truth is that it has been quite good, it is noticeable after a week of consuming it, the orange flavor leaves a bad aftertaste, like fanta orange without gas opened for 1 day out of the fridge, otherwise the price is very competitive.

Lo compré para pre entreno, la verdad me ha venido bastante bien, se nota a la semana de ir consumiéndolo, el sabor naranja te deja un regusto malo, a fanta naranja sin gas abierto durante 1 día fuera de la nevera, por lo demás el precio muy competitivo.

Not a good flavor, unfortunately. The Clear flavors would be more suitable. I generally don't like the Eaas

Lo tomo en mis salidas de running cuando hace mucha calor. Con agua fría en cantidad grande entra bastante bien. Aprovecho para beber más agua y darle ese sabor.

Great value for money

Mango flavor ami particularly that flavor I do not like but this one is out I recommend it very good it dilutes well without lumps even with a spoon without shaker.

Sabor mango ami particularmente ese sabor no me gusta pero este esta que se sale lo recomiendo muy bueno se diluye bien sin grumos hasta con cuchara sin shaker.

I use it for intra-training, with HSN carbohydrates. They do the job. It dissolves very easily, and I have no problem with lumps. In 1kg bags, they're the least expensive of the competition. I'd recommend it.

Je l'utilise en intra training, avec des glucides de chez HSN. Ils font le job. Il se dissout très facilement, je n'ai aucun problème de grumeaux. En sac de 1kg, ce sont les moins chers par rapport à la concurrence. Je recommande.

Unlike Bcaas, these do have all the amino acids that should be recommended.

I bought the mango flavor and it tastes pretty good, tastes better in cold water. it dissolves very easily together with the creatine.
