Hi, I use this supplement during training the days I do legs at the gym, this great components, magnesium for cramps and caffeine with amino acids and arginine, this great. I recommend it to do leg because it has magnesium and for its price is great, economical and very complete components.

Good amino acids, the complete amino acids

Unlike Bcaas, these do have all the amino acids they need to be, with caffeine, which helps when you're training to give you that boost.

Very good product. The texture makes it easy to measure and dissolve. Mild flavor although in this format I would like the unflavored option.

Good taste and dissolution

I have tried others from other brands and this one dissolves better, I have tried the punch flavor and it tastes like a lollipop, it is sweet, it dissolves very well, the foam if you let it rest goes away. The caffeine content is good. I take it during training and on the days I don't, I also take it, it's a contribution to muscle recovery.

He probado otros de otras marcas y este se disuelve mejor, he probado el sabor ponche y tiene un gusto como a piruleta, es dulce, se disuelve muy bien, la espuma si la dejas reposar se va. Está bien ese aporte de cafeína. Yo lo tomo durante el entreno y los días que no , también lo tomo, es un aporte a la recuperación del músculo.
