Improved fatigue and recovery

Surprising

To be honest I didn't have much hope for this product. I took it to try it as a gift and I was surprised because in my opinion it does improve recovery. Also, since it contains B6, it is ideal for eating a large amount of protein afterwards. To put a downside, it would be the size of the pills, which are huge.

Para ser sincero no tenia mucha esperanza en este producto. Lo cogí para probar de regalo y me ha sorprendido porque a mi juicio si mejora la recuperacion. Ademas al contener b6 es ideal para comer gran cantidad de proteinas luego. Por ponerle una pega, seria el tamaño de las pastillas, que son enormes.
